This company is incompetent to deal with. The last two orders we received contained only items that we DID NOT ORDER and NONE of the items we did order. this is not only is frustrating, unacceptable, and compromising but is fraud against Medicare.
This company is very hard to deal with both in person and on the phone (providing you can ever get through to them) Multiple times we have tried to contact them and get placed on hold for over an hour every time. Their customer service leaves alot to be desired. I can't give them even 1 star, due to you leave a message and never and I do mean never get a call back. Called in many times. Got sent to VM and the VM is full cant even leave a message!
Over the 3 years I have had to deal with this location, the staff is below par when it comes to customer service. I'd recommend to avoid them and go elsewhere
