This company is very hard to deal with both in person and on the phone (providing you can ever get through to them) Multiple times we have tried to contact them and get placed on hold for over an hour every time. Their customer service leaves alot to be desired. I can't give them even 1 star, due to you leave a message and never and I do mean never get a call back. Called in many times. Got sent to VM and the VM is full cant even leave a message!
Over the 3 years I have had to deal with this location, the staff is below par when it comes to customer service. I'd recommend to avoid them and go elsewhere
This company NEVER RETURNS CALLS, always makes excuses, messes on billing, does not check equipment (in 3 years) have had to call Adapthealth for service. Thank God for them but they should dump Fort Meyers oxygen. Don’t let your doctor stick you either these peopl
