I needed help getting my business license updated. Traciene and Brent were extremely helpful! Both were kind, and helped walk me through the required documents needed. I’ve dealt with other cities, and none have been this helpful. Thank you both so much!

Super nice receptionists . I spoke to 2 of them and both were really nice, polite and helpful. They kindly responded to my questions.

I wish I could give it zero stars. This place is a joke. Zero regards for the people that depend on their business to make a living. Process takes forever and they don’t give you the full information when you go in. I went 4 times and every time was told something different.

This department does not give you accurate information. The woman that I spoke to, told me that I needed a certain thing for my business and sent me to a different department, only for me to find out that it was not needed. Not only that, I called a few days later to ask a question and was advised to call the state, who then told me that the city (fort Myers) were the department who regulated this requirement. Need more knowledgeable staff, who won't give you the run around
