Pros: 1. Accomodating in appointment booking - they got me in quickly. When a part needed to be ordered, i was rebooked for the day the parts arrived. 2. The Service advisor was professional, accomodating and polite to deal with. Cons: 1. I let the service advisor know the issue was not the switch and it was deeper than that. After the tech did the diagnosis, i was texted saying it was the switch, but later on told the switch wasn't the problem and a module was instead. im new to Ford. up to this point, all my experiences have been great! they notified me with both, mail, and on the Ford app, about my recalls, and got my truck sorted out promptly for me. i look forward to many more great experiences in the future!
