Service department went out of their way to accommodate a last minute service request in spite of a full schedule and kept me informed about the status throughout.
I was referred by a friend to see David at Fort Motors, and he definitely lived up to his reputation. He made purchasing my Yukon easy and enjoyable and I felt well looked after throughout the process. Sherry in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend David, Sherry and the team at Fort Motors
The service was fantastic from start to finish. The lube technicians were courteous, professional, and had me in and out in no time. They even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited, which was a nice touch. I also had the chance to chat with one of the sales associates, Blake. He was incredibly friendly, genuine, and easy to talk to. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I'll definitely be stopping by to see him. Sorry, Luke—I'm Team Blake all the way!
After they sell you a car they stop talking to you entirely if you want anything additional from them. Tried contacting them several times to get a service done and its just been crickets. Guess ill have to physically go in so they can try and ignore me to my face while I book a simple service.
