I have had an exceptionally negative experience with the sales person named Christine R.. I was literally lied to about what my insurance would cover regarding frames and what options were available for the lens specifically one or two sided anti-reflective (AR) coating. I was skeptical but proceeded with the sale. I spoke with my insurance company while the lens were getting made. Great place, the doctor Monica Cross help me very good she make sure you vision is healthy. She very professional. The clinic so very clean.
Had the best experience here! I've avoided going to the eye doctor for a decade because of bad past experiences, the staff here are so kind and put me at ease very quickly.
This was by far the best eye care I've ever received. Dr Monica Cross was super kind and took very good care of me. She helped me understand my eye care and helped me get the correct prescription for my glasses. She was super quick to! Definitely recommend this place and this doctor.
I think this is my last time going to this office for an eye exam. I really felt like I was being treated as a child. Being told to uncross my legs, be still, she actually took my candy from me, then proceeded to give direction, look here, don't do this, i felt my service could of been better, my eye exam didn't provide my PD number when asked and the front staff seem very disengaged on customer service.
