Keith and the rest of the staff took good care of our family and made purchasing a new vehicle such a positive experience for us! As a family with 2 boys who have Autism, the staff took extra care to ensure that the boys were comfortable and everyone made us feel accepted from the owner, to the sales people and even the vehicle cleaner. In the end we drove away with beautiful van, which will keep our family safe and comfortable, as well as very full hearts!
We tried to purchase a vehicle from other local dealerships and left each time feeling completely invisible — and not even in a 'just another number' way. No one wanted to hear what we needed. So happy I went with Fort McMurray Toyota. Shukri gave me time and didn't pressure me at all. He was also so kind and professional. Keith the General Manager was also very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Adam the Finance Manager offered upgrades but again it was no pressure to decline anything, he quickly readjusted the price and payments which I really appreciated. Thanks guys!
