I came here from Pastew Detox because my counselors recommended it, but my experience at Fort McMurray Recovery Centre (FMRC) was a major letdown. If you are looking for a place that feels like a real "healing" home, this isn't it. The facility itself is a former juvenile institution, and you can really feel it. It is decades behind the times and has a very cold, "institutional" feel that makes it hard to focus on healing.
