Dr. Koh and his team have been amazing with our kids! He’s thorough and knowledgeable, and he took the time to walk us through exactly what to expect at every stage of braces. From start to finish (even during Christmas Break) Dr.Koh and their team have been exceptional! They are wonderful with my girl and we love how welcomed we feel when we are there. My daughter’s teeth/jaw structure have been completely transformed under the careful care provided by Dr.Koh! Thank you again!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. The staff were sometimes unprofessional and, at times, rude. The waiting times were excessively long and seemed unnecessary. Additionally, their services are very expensive, but they do not provide clear explanations or itemized breakdowns for these costs, and refused to send any cost details via email. When I attempted to cancel my deal, they imposed significant penalties without reasonable justification. Overall, I would not recommend this company.
