It took them 4 days to approve closing a cd by a payee with a death certificate. They knew we were coming back Friday, around lunch & told us they would have everything ready when we got there, which wasnt done. She also knew we were rolling it over into another cd, & would be adding money to it from our savings account. I was appalled when she CHARGED us to do it! The money STAID ****** **** were CHARGED A FEE! Being a former bank employee, I know a little about the financial institutions side of things, & this whole situat... read more
