Where do I even begin with saying how thankful and how amazing this place is. My dog starting seeing Dr. Dumouchelle when she was working at Walker Road and when she moved to Fort Malden Animal Hospital Lola did too. Not only is Dr. Dumouchelle an amazing dr, she is so caring and loving. She treats Lola as one of her own. Lola is always full of anxiety when she goes for her checkups but once she is there she is greeted by the amazing receptionists and vet techs. Any vet that tells you that they now have to sedate your dog because you train with a prong collar (which BTW is THE most effective and SAFE way to train your dog) doesn't know a thing about dogs!!! I was so incredibly disappointed in this vet!!
Price was a little high but worth it. They were so kind to me. I had a previous vet who I was unhappy with. They made me feel at ease and talked everything through with me.
The staff are so lovely, supportive, and caring!
