This company is a very sorry Electric Co. How I wish I had another option. If it rains 9 times out of 10 power will go off. No estimate of how long it will be off. Website is useless in trying to pay on your bill. It won't except account number or password. If you try to change passwords, the website tells you account can't be found. Customer service is certainly lacking.
