Staff was friendly and inviting. Lobby is comfortable and has a modern design. Nice coffee machine and books available in waiting room. Was seen by Dr. Lee promptly at appointment time. They put on lip balm to prevent lip or mouth tears during procedure which was nice and very different. Cleaning was completed carefully and with precision. Was given a nice gift package at the end including a good quality T-shirt.
I would love to give them a 5 star rating but we're just not there. Not sure if we'll ever be.
Horrible experience. I paid out of pocket for a filling here, and it fell out in less than a month! When I called them to get it fixed, they refused to repair it for free and insisted on charging me full price again to redo it. A filling should last for years, not weeks. They do not stand behind their work and only care about taking your money. Save your time and money, go to a different dentist who actually has professional ethics.
