While on vacations, I had to make a visit to Dr. Shrock Orthopedic Center and Walk-in... Mauresha the lady at the front desk has been helpful and efficient. I was rather sad to be un such pain during my vacations, but Dr. Shrock has been so helpful, caring and giving me the Time to understand the damages on my left hip... I went to Dr. Shrock for a second opinion. Everyone from the front desk, the radiologist and the Doctor himself- were all fabulous. Dr. Shrock took the time to go over my x rays, treatment options and explained my knee problem in a concise, clear, and easy to understand manner He is very positive and upbeat and open about treatment options. I will return again if I need to. I highly recommend him and his office.
I am VERY glad I found Dr. Hesse at the Shrock Clinic - I walked in without an appointment and was seen within a half hour. Dr. Hesse gave a very thorough exam, and took X-Rays in House. She referred me for an MRI - which she evaluated on the second visit. It can sometimes takes weeks to get an appointment with a specialist, but don't be afraid to walk in to Dr. Shrock's clinic. I broke my wrist and elbow and saw Dr. Hesse for the duration of my injury, and I received top-tier care. The Doctor answered all of my questions each week and thoroughly explained everything from the injury itself to what to do at home as far as movement etc., and even called me and found specialists for me to continue care after I moved out of state! The office staff was also wonderful, including Angela who did my X-rays each time. If I had to do it again I would 100% choose Shrock Orthopedic.
I was very impressed with Dr. Shrock today and his Assistant Tiffany. The office was very clean and they were efficient on the timing. Dr. Shrock was very calming and so knowledgeable with his vast experience. Although, the thought of surgery scares me I did feel a wonderful sense of calm.
