My stay during the 3rd week of June, I was notified two days prior to my arrival, that the hotel wasn’t going to be able to provide the full amenities. It was all reduced amenities. I called two days prior arrival and was promised that everything will be open during my week of stay. Pool, restaurant, pool bar, and upgraded room (which was also promised) everything was closed.
