The team here are awesome! The closing and the work they did leading up to it, were handled very professionally. This is the 2nd title/closing I've done with these folks. They know what is needed to make it happen. Great closing offices too.
I recommend Fort Lauderdale Law Group for real estate closings. Adrianne Patterson is very responsive and professional during the lengthy back and forth and making sure details are promptly followed up on. Attorney Chris Patterson was efficient and personable during the otherwise confusing signing off all the final documents at closing.
