I don't get these reviews. I ordered all the way from Toronto, Canada, and the ordering process was seamless and easy. Everything I wanted on the card was included, delivered on time, and the flowers were perfect! I even called today to make sure it was all good and the gentlemen that answered was gracious and helpful.
Very disappointed in the flowers I purchased!
I ordered a gift set. After two failed attempts at delivery, I provided an alternate address and the arrangements were finally delivered. However, the chocolate did not accompany the flowers AND I ordered the Premium flowers and the recipient received the Deluxe flowers. I called and sent several emails for the chocolate to be delivered and to credit my cc for the overpayment. To date, I have not received a call back nor reply to my email.
I am being a little generous giving 4 stars but they did deliver on time and my friend is happy so I am grateful for that.. Unfortunately I am disappointed because I spent some time thinking of what to write in my friends card to cheer her up.. My message stated who it was from but they did not add that to her card. Finally today I saw that she posted online and I was able to tell her they came from me! I only care primarily because of the message but I also paid a good amount for these flowers so would expect it to be done ... read more
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Ordered a delivery for Valentine's Day on Feb 11th, received a confirmation but not delivered until the 15th!! The receipt card even shows Delivery Date: 2/14/2023 - Tuesday. Their website says extended delivery on holidays 8a-8p, but went to the site today, the 15th, and announced they were CLOSED on Valentine's?? Gave instructions to call while enroute - NO CALL.
