The only reason for the one star is because the process is now completed. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I was quoted 3.5k for something halfway completed, I needed them to do a publication. They called back asked for 5.5k and the whole process would be completed. What actually happened was they constantly depleted the account without actually submitting anything. When I would call and question they never had an answer except “we’re doing the best we can”. They did the best at spending of my thousands of dollars.... read more
