Let’s begin with we stay here ALL the time. Ron at the pool bar A++++ could not speak more highly of how nice and accommodating he is! Now the rest of the staff HA! As an owner we come a few times a year and always arrive early and get into the room. Today the woman said she told them we arrived to clean the room and we waited from 1030-4pm to be allowed into a room. Now i get checkin is 4pm…. but if checkout is 10am, we come ALL the time and you knew we were here you could have gotten the room ready even a few hours early. ... read more
We had a room on the uppermost floor and on a corner, great view of the beach and intercostal. Great breeze all the time. Just hung out on balcony when we were in the room. Would definitely stay here again.
The room had an excellent view and a full kitchen.
I loved that I experienced this hotel! The staff was phenomenal and friendly. Javier Vasquez at the front desk was extremely nice and kind to me and my family. I recommend this place.
