BEWARE of Fort Knox Storage. This place is horrible and they are very unprofessional. Every month there rates increase. They stole personal property in order to make room for addition units and now we are unable to locate our items. We have filed Police report. The method of communication is via text messages. No way to make contact with owner so we are now having to hire a lawyer to help us the recovery of items. The people who sold never operated this way. But this is what happen when greed is in a person heart.
The only reason I left is because the company kept increasing my rent. Rauf was wonderful- courteous and helpful each time I called. I will miss him. It just got too expensive.
