I'm not sure what happened this entire year but I've been billed with no service. I've reached out many times and nothing. I've invested money into this equipment. I was finally contacted after 10 months to ask about a payment. I will be pursuing this matter in court. Someone took Ryan's place and is not consistent.
I have been with Fort Knox for two months and it has been a very poor experience. It started with my rep, Alex, that I first spoke to. He asked me if the instillation day and time would work for me and we agreed to it. Then when they never showed up I called back to learn he had them scheduled a different day, that we had never spoken about.
