I being to this place once and it was a great experience. I love the arena and enjoyed the activities all around
Love this place and the staff are wonderful!
I like to use free weights and weight machines. They do have enough equipment to get a good pump. You just might have to get creative. They have two new cable machines, a new squat rack, free weights, decent benches. Some of their equipment is older than I am but it still works. This gym has an insane amount of cardio equipment. It’s an old facility but it’s still in fairly good shape. Go check it out and get after it!
Old and limited equipment. Gym hours are terrible. Please extend hours on weekends. Not enough for Soldiers to maintain the Army Standards.
