Cavalry Family Housing is a predatory housing corporation. They will overcharge you and, if you miss ANYTHING during your move-in inspection, you will pay for it. I do not recommend CFH to anyone.
We lived here for about 6yrs or so. The house it's self it's very spacious but lacks in the property owners department. My husband recently retired which meant we had to move off post. He gave the 30 day notice & they claim he nvr did. Now they say they were nvr paid for the last month while we were there & then called a month later to say we have to pay for the last month which his BAH was around $1950 I think & then said they were gonna charge all these other fees.
