Everyone at Fort Hill was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made the process of having my car repaired after being hit as smooth as possible. They finished the work ahead of schedule and my car came back looking brand new. Thank you for your great work!

Love the care and friendly faces and the awesome personalities ! Fabulous business practice appreciate their honesty. 08/24/25 revision after my car was done being rebuilt after hitting a deer. Terrible accident I wish I could have avoided. The air conditioner in idle ran hot they said nothing was wrong with it I brought it to Honda Northhampton they said they couldn’t see a problem. Dishonest and aggressive owner, poor work that they won’t stand behind. We will never be going to this shop again and recommend saving your money and time. Even the enterprise right next door won’t use this place for their own repairs- should say everything you need to know
