another doctor sent me here to check for mersa in my nose and the old doctor with a way too hot assistance told me to just “put some soap up there”🤦🏻😂 no i’m serious lol
Im not going to go into much details but after 3 appointments I have nothing to show but a large bill. I just keep getting the run around from different departments. Try to support local but the whole experience is very frustrating. Initial appointments were between October and November. I'm still trying to get it resolved in March.
Charged me for my co pay and also charged for for "facility use" aka being in the building. I contacted my insurance provider and I was told its a thing with "THIS" provider, so I will no longer be using this provider.
Billed over $700 for an office visit for ear drops.
