Literally just moved into Morning View with my family. Not only do I enjoy the apartment, the people here showed care for my family. I couldn't afford to find a place. They not only knocked down the price, they helped by also not having me worry about security deposits. Inside was cleaned as though done by pro's. Very kind ladies they are! God will protect these people for all the good they did for my family of 4. If the ladies do read this thank you so much. My family was and sorta still is in a serious crisis money wise.
As a former tenant at Hillcrest, I was very impressed with the housing staff and their willingness to work with all their tenants. I know they have a couple of negative reviews, but I feel they are unwarranted. The reason they want a place cleaned out is so that they can inspect, fix anything they need to, and allow the next person in their waiting list to have a place they can call home.
My grandmother lived at the apartments near the laundry mat/ car wash for years when I say years I mean almost 20 years until this summer she passed away and they harassed my parents to get her things moved out didn’t even give anyone time to go through her things no compassion for our loved ones they are just money hungry fools.
