I find this store to usually be out of stock on the items I need. The associates are helpful.
Constant restocking of product will help business immensely. Not very helpful staff on hand so I usually just give to the location in the Falls. Overhaul or retraining of customer service reps would be recommended to maintain business in this small town and of course the store hours are inconvenient.
I’ve shopped at this RONA for many years. It’s small, convenient, independently owned, and I’ve never had any issues. I’m a low maintenance customer and never make a fuss — but yesterday’s experience is worth sharing. I purchased six patio stones in total — four 24x24 slabs and two larger rectangular ones. As always, the service inside the store was excellent. Jeff was great, as usual. After paying, I was directed to the back to pick up the stones.
