Went there for a filter for a fridge with the old filter in hand. Bought the one the staff recommended and it didn’t fit. It had to be opened to find out that it didn’t fit. So they won’t accept a return. Rona customer service sent a placating message that they understand our frustration. Will not be shopping there again.
Constant restocking of product will help business immensely. Not very helpful staff on hand so I usually just go to the location in the Falls. Overhaul or retraining of customer service reps would be recommended to maintain business in this small town and of course the store hours are inconvenient.
Now this is a little Rona. Just because itnis smaller than the average Rona does not mean it is lesser than. The staff for one, they are top notch. Knowledgeable about everything in the store, and can give advice on your project. The lumber yard out back is fully stocked and able to not just fill any order, but they will help load it. 5 stars for everything. Also the store is clean
Great staff and team. Jeff is awesome, everyone who works here is so helpful and lovely. I always look forward to my next project and the next time I need something from Rona! Keep up the great work everyone! Thank you for being a light in our town!
So apparently this location isn't affiliated with most Rona stores and you can't return items you purchased here at any other Ronas. So my options are drive an hour away to return 2 items or throw them out. I'm out $70 because of this. Thanks
