Staff at the front are incompetent! Twice they gave me an appointment time and put a different time in there computer. First time I had a card to prove it. Second time it was over the phone and I always confirm what I put on my calendar.
Absolutely impossible to get ahold of. I have been a patient in this office for years. They tell you not to go to walk in clinics so they won’t be charged but then don’t answer phones so that you can make an appointment. This has been the trend for 10+ years . Your better to walk in and make an appointment then they can’t pretend to not be available. You will likely have to wait until they are done talking about there weekends for someone to open the window to make the appointment but at least that’s better than being sent t... read more
My partner had to go to a walk in clinic as Dr Hanna away again. The walk in Dr was amazing and ordered a test.. When partner finally saw doctor he was scolded for going to other clinic and had a 5 min appt that did nothing.. Heard ultrasound test came back and dr away again. Nurse did provide results to us but said any other dr in clinic would not discuss results , just give pain meds. Turns out to be cancerous lymph nodes in neck.. nurse gave spot to see Dr hanna in month believe it or not.. took things in our own hands.. ... read more
Great if you have a cold. But otherwise wouldn't recommend it.
