Recently our husky had surgery to remove a tumor. Dr Gill and his staff have been fantastic to Shiloh and us. I can't say enough about Dr Gill's professionalism. He saved our dog's life and we are very grateful.
I had a very disappointing experience at Fort Erie Animal Hospital on Saturday. I arrived believing they could help in an emergency after my dog had a severe seizure. I didn’t want to remove her from the car, so I went inside first to ask for help and guidance. The receptionist seemed unsure and showed very little empathy. All I ask is next time, be a professional you're supposed to be!! My girlfriend brings in her cat that is skin and bones, very un well, looking for answers and hope. Instead of being honest, professional and telling her the cat is suffering and she needs to be put to rest you send her home with a month supply of medication. She had a heart attack not even 48hrs after leaving your office. My girlfriend will forever be haunted by the images of her cat when she found her passed away.
