I had a good experience with this vet until today when I was refused an emergency prescription refill for my dying cat.. telling me it’s my responsibility to care for my cat when it’s the only thing I’ve been doing, and was told no meds could be provided without a visit because I crossed some unknown 1 year threshold.. They kept me from doing my part as an owner unless I jumped through their hoops. Hi I had brought my granddog in no other vet had the time! It was an emergency, he is a 13 yr old blind weiner dog. He got two plum pits from my side table and ate. Toxic for his size.! From the receptionist,vet tech and veterinarian they were amazing. Squeezed me in when they were booked solid. Thank you so very much.
