Absolutely disgusting practice. Doesn’t care about the wellbeing of animals unless you have already put money in thier pockets.
I've been going to Fort Erie Animal Hospital for over a year now. The staff is very nice and accomodating to your needs when it comes to availability. They are always so delightful to deal with and just all around nice and friendly people. On a couple of occasions, I have not been the happiest customer to deal with and to my amazement, the staff and especially Dr. Gill have always treated me with the utmost respect and understanding. Went to see them today. My dog who is yes a pitbull. Has some very bad paw issues. We have been to many vets. They just cut him a script for antibiotics, send him home. Was never curing it. We have had him four years, we desperately needed his nails clipped with sedation. We tried so many vets, cause we didnt want to keep going to the other one. They wouldnt take him. Terrible place. No compassion. I feel they over sedated my dog and I had to put her down because of it. As I’m laying in the floor cradling my dog and crying Dr Gill walks in and asks me if I can hurry up and make up my mind because this is running into their lunch!!!!!!I will never go there again. And the prices have become outrageous!!
