No one wants to work with you if it’s close to closing or especially if it’s on a Friday. Heaven forbid you try and call and get someone on the phone, they treat it like the plague. Most people work and try to fit everything in a very tight schedule and can’t always come into the office and when they can it’s close to quitting time. The world will come to an end if they have to stay a few minutes pasted it seems. This office needs retrained in customer service.

Jami was exceptional—her deep knowledge extended beyond the home itself to the entire surrounding area. She provided insightful details that made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. Her expertise and enthusiasm truly set her apart.
FDMCH had done a great job with the move in/ welcome process. Mrs. Jami White kept me updated all the way through the process and ensured we got the house we wanted in the right school district for my family. Her work ethic would have given this 5 stars, however the fact that the housing community doesn't follow the army policy for providing chargers in the community or letting residents charge EVs at their house drops it slightly.
