I bought a vehicle from Evans Mills CNY drives on March 9th. They were friendly and helpful getting me into my new vehicle. It was exactly what I was looking for and I wanted to love the vehicle. Unfortunately when it came time to service the car under their warranty agreement I have had an extremely difficult time. I called them several times and pushed to get my vehicle in for service which took almost 3 weeks. Took about 2 weeks to finally get my truck but when I did it was all worth it. They did a great inspection and found issues so they fixed them. Got me a good price my trade in. Initial trade offer went up as market moved on what I was trading. They took care and were personable. 10/10 Amer!
