Had to change my review after having the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They try to sell you using a promise of a 60 Point Inspection, to ensure the systems of your vehicle are in good working order. My brakes had a hair of pad left. The tires they told me they had replaced have leaked since day 1. The A/C has never worked. I have faulty wiring, resulting in a check engine light. Ben was a great worker and helped me out very much.
I worked with Ben at the ft.drum location, I have very bad credit and like they said they somehow got me approved. Ben made sure I was informed of everything, made sure I understood everything and gave me updates whenever he had them! I have purchased 2 cars before coming to Ben and this one was by far the most painless, most enjoyable experience I've had making a big purchase. Amazing service Edit: I was supposed to get hub caps for my vehicle I purchased, and it is in the contract I signed. Its going on 4 months, I have called multiple times and have still not received word about them. Other than that the car drives great no real complaints other than the hub caps situation.
Had the best experience with Ben here at fort drum, was fast and efficient and made the sale easy. Was throughly detailed going over everything and gave me help during the paper work
