I have had THE BEST experience with Ford. I’m sad to say my current vehicle wasn’t purchased with them. In the future it will be! I have a warranty with vehicle I have we’ve been experiencing some issues with it. We were a few miles away from our warranty expiring and really needed to get in, in the event the warranty could be used. Ford went above and beyond getting us on the schedule. We live close to Fort Dodge and our daughter lives in Virginia. She was driving back to her apartment and had problems with her Ford Escape when she was driving through Indianapolis. We felt that she was not getting treated fairly by the dealer she had her vehicle towed to. I called Fort Dodge Ford Lincoln and Toyota dealer and was put in contact with Matt O in the service department. They have the friendliest service manager I've ever met. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because their old service manager would turn me away if they were busy because I change oil at 5K mile intervals and the previous guy would suggest 10K intervals which is the most my engine warranty allows.
Wish I could give negative rating. Didn't fix the issue I brought truck in for.... twice. Worst service
