I went to great lengths to coordinate a private dust control application, everything was organized and ready to move forward. However, during my final call to confirm the details, Willy abruptly refused my business, claiming I was "making things too complicated," and "this is why I don't do private applications". He then hung up in my face, without any further discussion. Incredibly pathetic behavior from a renowned business, a serious lack of professionalism and basic customer service.
