Jesse and techs came throughagain, this time on my 2015 Ram Eco Diesel. The high pressure fuel pump failed and the result was too rich fuel which sent deposits into the fuel and exhaust system, plugging about everything. It had to be towed in, not a scheduled repair, and Jesse got right on it, diagnosed it, kept me aware of the schedule, carefully explained what they were doing, and found several scenarios to accomodate me when I needed a renatl vehicle.
