It was my first time doing a MRI and it was a very smooth process! Everyone was kind, they had lockers for personal items if needed and made sure you were comfortable to stay still for it! They give pillows and offer blankets if you like as well. It was a very nice experience!
No one ever WANTS to go get an MRI, but Pat and the team at Fort Collins MRI made it a good experience. After the safety checklist to make sure there wasn't metal in my body, Pat explained the procedure, including how long it would take, and warned me about the loud noises inside the machine (also helping me wedge the earplugs in). Pat and Becky took time to help me find a comfortable position that I would be able to hold for 45 minutes or so, making adjustments to pillows, blankets, etc until I felt comfy and cozy. Super clean!!!! Checked temp at door, had masks on...and aso helped me a lot. Also wiping things down and kept checking to see if I was compterable and just all around very sweet people. After dealing with other places....I highly recommend this place and its way safer than going to PVH where they have Covid cases! Thanks y'all!
