They was great when it came to fixing the Recalls. Overall Kia seems To be Pretty good with cars that last a long time with the best Warranty in the Business! I was saddened about having them try and Program an Aftermarket Fob to work on my car. Because they couldn't get it to work. They said that they will make things right. Waiting to see! Travis
The 4 positive reviews is from family and friends. The don't have anything in stock. My car was in service 5 times (is 4 months old) and every time "we need to order the part", from a key fob (which is literally the same for almost all 2023 kia) to a tire sensor. They just clear the error and send you home just so the error comes back again 10 minutes latter. I wanted to believe that they were different dealers. but no, they are like all of them. Really really bad.
