terrible costumer service, not helpful, leaving me without answers, would not recommend.
This guy has serious mental issues, as someone who used Smart Start years ago I would recommend going somewhere else to get calibrations and install done, I am contacting Smart Start in Grapevine TX. and would recommend anyone else do the same, they are a great company and I am sure they do not want this kind of person representing them.
I have been going to this location for over a year. Phil today accused me of taking money and kept calling me Martin. I have been nothing but honest and polite with Phil. Im pretty sure he is a schizo or on drugs. I was totally blindsided by his behavior and after accusing me and realizing and proving Im not who he is looking for, I asked him if he normally treats honest customers like this and then he got mad and refused to calibrate my car.
