Very clean smelling and residents look well kept and happy.
I’ve been very impressed with the new management and leadership at Poudre. Facility is clean and staff are friendly !
This was the worst experience of my life. My husband passed away here a few years ago, and I didn’t even receive a phone call to inform me. Instead, I received a call at 7 a.m. from a funeral home asking me what to do with his body thats right I found out from the funeral home not even a call from this place then later, I that day I get a call to go and collect his belongings, which were just thrown together in trash bags and wheeled out the door to me. Don’t work here of you pick up PRN shifts this place is disgusting and the DON is beyond words you can’t say online, she will falsely accuse you and send you to state just because you brought it to her attention that the place smells, her patients are sitting in filth and she has lazy, rude staff. DONT WORK HERE
Do not have your loved ones go here! As soon as you walk in the door you will understand why. The smell of urine is overpowering, and the facility is disgusting. My husband was coherst into going there while his long term Medicaid gets approved. But as soon as I got there I pulled him out, I would rather we struggle together then ever subject him to that.
