I am 72 years of age and have been a member for 5 years. I love FCAF. The coaches are brilliant. They are well trained, well educated, “people-people”. They love what they do and how to work with athletes of all ages, sizes, shapes, and kinds. I am in better shape than when I was in my 40’s because of them.
