If I could give zero stars, I would! Let's just say that when we moved in, our house was DISGUSTNGLY FILTHY. Dead bugs, dust, dirt, a vent falling off the ceiling, the carpet smelled like animal urine, and lets not forget that they let us move in with the AC broken in the midst of summer! It took me all day calling maintenace every 15 minutes to get someone out finally at the end of the day. I moved into a house in the E-3 to E-6 housing. It is a brick house in a quiet neighborhood. However when i moved in i immediately noticed The living room floors are not level, when I inquired about this to the employee showing me the house she acted like I was crazy and uneven floors are normal. The floor dropps about an inch across a two foot space. The backyard is only dirt weeds and gopher holes and a rotting shed with holes in the floor. Here we are in 2025 and Google still wont let you give a ZERO star review! I would even give them a negative star review. I was on the housing list for months before arriving to Fort Carson, but was slapped in the face with a move in date that was 61 days out. You may be wondering why so long, well, it was because "of a mix up with another service member with a similar name." What is even worse is the salesman like experience that you get from the staff. They have a phone but no one seems to use it. No matter the day or time you call they don't pick up.
This is more so for maintenance, John and Brian are the two maintenance technicians I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with since moving in and I can’t praise them enough. Seriously, they are always in a good mood, answer all my questions and always get things done swiftly. Thank you guys so much!
