Terrible and unprofessional. Called us on Friday to confirm a 130 appointment for Monday. Arrived Monday at 1:10 to be told our appointment was at ONE. We have two pets and were denied having one seen since THEY were running behind schedule- seems like a whole big YOU problem and nor OUR fault. Should have denied the person running you behind. Now our cats already having a panic attack from the 20 minute drive there and now we have to just leave. FUCK these people i hope they die tragic terrible and painful deaths
