The Fort Bliss Vet needs service improvment. The available access and customer service is poor. I have contacted them three times amd there is always an excuse to not schedule an appt. The last two attempt March- NO APPT Available; July - no appt available til Sept due the SGM academy per Ms. Tracy, but the Sept schedule is not available and no appt can be scheduled. I went to them in a rush to get appointments for my cat when I found out we were going to Hawaii. We had 2 weeks to get our orders and everything else ready to go. Hawaii requires a lot of paperwork and a test. They helped me out so much! They scheduled us ASAP, handled my cat well, and are also knowledgeable on overseas travel with pets!
