Management is incompetent. I was told when I moved in that I wouldn’t have to worry about rent because it comes straight out of my pay. Fast forward to today: I got a notice that I would have to move out in five days (as of three days ago because I don’t use the front door and that’s where they stuffed it - I wouldn’t have even found it if I didn’t have a package delivered) if I don’t pay my overdue rent PLUS late fee.
