I've purchase 2 automobiles from this dealership...they handle all my auto service maintenance; however my service received from the Auto Collision Ctr was less than desirable. I removed my purse & laptop but I didn't realize the sign saying "Remove All Valuables" meant clear out your change drawer and your air fresheners ...my change drawer was overflowing with quarters and dollars..."The Thievery Is Real " Someone was rambling thru my car as they also took my air fresheners. My car was flooded during the last storm. Called Toyota and they showed up to tow it as soon as the water level permitted. Very fast and excellent service. Worked out all the details with my insurance company for us. Our home was also flooded so for them to handle our car issues took a lot of the stress off of us.
Did a great job and finished on time hope not to need them again but I know I’ll take my vehicle back if I do
