First, kelsey-Seybold is great. However, medical is another story. For three years, yes three years it been one issue after another. Medical can't seem to upload my health records for the Doctor to view. I have called several time no response. I even called several departments to transfer me, nothing. I finally spoke with some back in 2024, yes, 2024 we are now in 2026. And still, they can seems to find the health records that faxed and emailed. This is n9t one time, this has been several times. I was in need of a gynecologist and scheduled an appointment with Dr.Khairah based on google reviews.It was during spring break and waiting room was practically empty but I waited for approximately 30min. After getting roomed. I waited in a hospital gown for another 20 minutes. The doctor had a good bedside manner but the nurse was distant and cold.After the visit she didn’t give me any instructions on what was next.I had to walk up to her in the hallway and inquire if future follow ups and she barely made any eye contact. Dr. Adigun is wonderful. Her bedside manner is always personalized, and she consistently makes me feel heard and cared for. I’m truly grateful to have her as my doctor.
His bedside manner is amazing ! He throughly explained my procedure and educated me along the way ! Definitely recommend!
