Waited two hours and didn't get seen. My daughter needed a pediatric tech on hand, they said, which would've been good information at the time of scheduling OR the time we showed up rather than after a 2-hour wait. NOPE. Didn't get that. Instead we sat in a miserable and packed waiting room for 2 hours just to get turned away. And let me be clear: I wasn't an a**hole about it. We left politely. Worst customer service. My mother had an appt and was told none of her information matched so wouldn’t be seen. How is that even possible? She’s had no issues with any other providers and no problem last year when she was seen here. But today? Some clerk couldn’t be bothered to fix their system so she could have her appt. definitely would never recommend this place to anybody

Long waiting and saying “come back tomorrow, we are short of staff” it was a bad experience. I came back home with broken finger and pain. Please go to another facility. And also they didn’t even asked what was my problem. So disappointed 😡
