Based on wait times and lack of communication
The worst experience ever! Rude attitude, my husband fell from 3 feet hight, had a concussion, vomited in the emergency room and they kept him there from 1:30 pm to 8:40pm and no one attended to him. We had to drive off base to another emergency room
The 2 ladies at the front desk in the lab are incredibly loud, talking bad about customers, cant explain to me what to do so I missed my time to get my blood draw, they dont do anything, or even know phone etiquette. The people in the lab who draws the blood actually does all the hard work.
Came in to get my shoulder checked out all they did was an X ray and offered a shot no one even look at my shoulder that I can’t lift past my head with excruciating pain but rest and ibuprofen should do the trick is what the dock said. Great job 👏🏽Then one nurse came into my room to interrogate me like why are you here why have you not taken pain meds trying to tell me i was fine.
