Came in to get my shoulder checked out all they did was an X ray and offered a shot no one even look at my shoulder that I can’t lift past my head with excruciating pain but rest and ibuprofen should do the trick is what the dock said. Great job 👏🏽Then one nurse came into my room to interrogate me like why are you here why have you not taken pain meds trying to tell me i was fine.

Don’t come here unless you want to spend over 5 hours and get little to no updates on why you’re waiting so long. While other ERs may be farther, you’ll be seen and get results back faster than if you would’ve came here! Would give 0 starts if possible!!

Best experience! Staff were all very kind and quickly responded to my care needs. Professional and friendly, as well as clinically skilled. I am very fortunate to live close to Fort Belvoir's ER.

I don’t know about you, but reading all these reviews from people consistently receiving poor service—especially when they’re in need—is deeply concerning. It’s even more troubling when our service members and their families are affected. It’s frustrating that nothing seems to be changing, and that some individuals are allowed to keep their jobs despite repeated reports of negligence.
