For the Middle of November I was very happy with my experience until I went to my new car with only 600km on it to see dirty wheels put into the back of the SUV onto the carpet! The dealer didn't have the liner in stock when we picked up the vehicle. Being from the automotive industry I would have never dreamed that I would have to ask or clarify to put the wheels in bags. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
