Maytag Washing Machine Repair: My True Value recommended Ryan Duckert to repair the washer that was purchased 7 years ago from them. Ryan was professional, charged the price quoted in advance, and was timely in showing up for the appointments. I would trust him to do other repairs as needed in the future for other appliances. I also appreciate that he can be reached by his cell phone or returns my phone calls in a timely manner.

I bought a new compressor for my Kenmore refrigerator directly from Sears to be sure it was the right one. I asked Fort Appliance to install it, thinking to patronize a local business. The guy starts out by asking how much I paid for it, I said, why's that matter?, he goes, 'cause I sell them too, and I make a profit on them as well as the labor, so since I can't make a profit on your's ....I can't help you out. We called Fort Appliance & Refrigeration Service and described the problem over the phone. They said that they need to check their stock if they have replacement parts for our model in stock. Called back within minutes, came over and fixed it very fast for a reasonable cost of $89. We can recommend this service. A+++
