Fort Amargosa Punjabi Dhaba (5317 US-95 E, Amargosa Valley) is tucked inside a gas station and serves genuinely authentic, home-style Indian food — way better than you'd expect from a highway stop. Spotlessly clean, even the restrooms. The owner at the front is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and even offered to cook a custom non-spicy dish for my daughter. Total must-stop if you're on US-95!
I ordered the Aloo Paratha and chai, and everything was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The owner was at the front, and he was such a friendly and welcoming gentleman. Great food and excellent customer service. Thank you, guys—I’ll definitely be back!
