Take care of their customer first. Warranty on Kubota products does not matter to them. If you bought somewhere else you will be put back to the back of the line.
Slow maintenance shop, repair price quoted was not what was charged ($300 difference) Tractor set at shop for three weeks before maintenance began. Three individuals at shop quoted me "about $600" for repairs. The bill I got was over $900. Will not deal with them again - EVER.....
