Have used this Dr for 13 years. Was a great place before Baptist took over. 1 of the new ladies named April is the rudest and most condescending person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. How she has any job in customer service is a tremendous mistake.
Dr. Forsythe is a wonderful physician. However, his nurse April is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I guess I asked too many questions and she said, "I didn't say all that extra stuff." Then, she refused to let me speak to a supervisor.
My Fave Doctor! And his staff - they are fabulous!
Great doc. I’ve been with him since 1979. He has treated me, my children, and my husband and even a grandchild. I trust his knowledge, and he actually still does real old school medicine!
